Where we ship

We ship within the United States only.

Who prints and ships your order

Calendars are printed and shipped by Lulu. Prints, cards and other merchandise ordered from our SmugMug shop are printed and shipped by SmugMug. Each partner manages printing and shipping for its own orders.

Printing time

Products usually take 3 to 5 business days to print before they ship. Printing time can vary by product and by partner, and around the holidays it can take longer, so please order early if it is a gift.

Shipping cost and delivery time

Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout, on this site for calendars and on SmugMug for SmugMug orders. Delivery time is in addition to printing time. Estimates are not guaranteed, and carriers can be delayed by weather, holidays and other events outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Sending a gift

To send an order straight to someone else, enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.

Check your address

Please check your shipping address carefully. An order cannot be redirected once it has gone to print, and orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly cannot be replaced or refunded.
